Glossary

A solid-state chip inside a radio where the radio's Personality data is stored. Personality data is created using the Motorola Customer Programming Software (CPS). CPS defined data can be transferred to the radio's chip or to a codeplug file. Codeplug files can be archived on the computer’s hard drive for later use.
